Terms of service
These terms cover using the Miyora application while it is in beta. By creating an account or signing in, you agree to them and to the Community Guidelines.
// 01 Acceptance
Using Miyora — creating an account, signing in, or connecting a game account — means you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
// 02 Your account
You must provide a working email address and verify it before your account is fully active. Keep one account per person, and keep your password, authenticator, and backup codes to yourself — you are responsible for anything that happens through your account.
// 03 Acceptable use
Do not try to bypass authentication, rate limits, or two-factor checks; do not automate access to login or session endpoints; do not impersonate another person, Miyora staff, or a linked game account you do not own.
// 04 Two-factor recovery
If you enable two-factor authentication, backup codes are the only recovery path. Losing both your authenticator and every unused backup code means account access cannot be recovered — not by email, password reset, or Google/Discord sign-in.
// 05 Third-party sign-in
Signing in with Google or Discord is also governed by that provider's own terms of service, in addition to these.
// 06 Game data and affiliation
Miyora displays publicly available data for game accounts you choose to connect, purely as a convenience for players. Miyora is an independent, fan-made project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publishers or developers of any connected game.
// 07 Beta availability
Miyora is in active beta. Features, routes, and these terms can change as the platform develops, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at this stage.
// 08 Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or the Community Guidelines.
// 09 Disclaimer
Miyora is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Miyora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
// 10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Miyora develops. Continuing to use Miyora after a change means you accept the updated terms.
